Dog found abandoned during a crate at a construction site

GLYNN COUNTY, Ga. – The Humane Society is offering a gift of up to $5,000 for information resulting in the identification, arrest and conviction of the person or persons liable for abandoning a severely underweight dog on Pecan Point Drive in Brunswick, Georgia. 

On Oct. 11, Glynn County Animal Control skilled an invitation for assistance from the Glynn County local department to rescue a severely emaciated dog found abandoned during a crate inside a porta-potty at a construction site for a replacement development . they are doing not skills long the dog suffered. After receiving emergency medical aid overnight, the dog, now called Rusty, was transferred from animal control to a rescue group, where he's recovering from his physical and psychological injuries.

  “This dog was starving, caged and left to die in horrific conditions," Debra Berger, Georgia state director for the Humane Society of the us , said. "The one that did this showed cruel indifference to the suffering of an animal. it's heartbreaking to imagine what this dog endured. Thank goodness an honest Samaritan alerted authorities in time and he's receiving veterinary care.
